If the delivered item of RiShail Artoholic did not match to the above stated descriptions, features or images (besides the shade of colour), you can return the 
received item as it is within 2 days of delivery (No Question Asked)(Not applicable for personalised Products)(). In case you want to return it, Please make sure that the item is packed as safely and carefully as it was when delivered to you and that the item is not damaged or de-labeled after delivery. Packaging Box is mandatory for return. Initially you will receive partial prior refund and if the product is received in same condition as it was delivered to you and and in the same packaging box then only remaining refund will be provide after checking the condition of product.

Shipping Policy

We at RiShail Artoholic know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. 
The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Cancellation Policy

RiShail Artoholic reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 5000 only.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product is open, do not accept the order.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons

Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
RiShail Artoholic reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at RiShail Artoholic. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion RiShail Artoholic.
